Global has launched Capital XTRA, the UK’s national commercial urban dance music station. Capital XTRA will take all the shows and presenters that listeners know and love from Choice FM, and build on adding more talent and taking urban dance music to a national audience. The station, which will play urban dance music, launched with Kojo & Jade with XTRA in the Morning. Presenters will also include Tim Westwood, Craig David and DJ Avicii. Capital XTRA will broadcast to London on 96.9 and 107.1FM, nationally on DAB digital radio, and online at www.capitalxtra.com. The station can also be found tweeting at www.twitter.com/capitalxtra.
