WWholeheartedly LauraUnited Kingdom
Launched in 2009, The Wholeheartedly healthy blog started originally as Keeping Healthy Getting Stylish. The blog posts are written by Laura Agar Wilson who lives in Durham. Laura explains that when she's not blogging or working with a health coaching client, you can find her cooking up a storm in her little kitchen, working out in the gym, practising yoga, shopping for vintage dresses, getting inked or watching live music. Laura lost over 4 stone in weight and was seeking a way to stay motivated and keep the weight off as well as sharing her love of fashion and style. She certainly managed to do that, and ended up losing a further 2 stone for a total 6 stone weight loss. She ran the Great North Run half marathon twice, and switched her diet to vegan in a bid to be the healthiest she could be. However, at her lowest weight she was the furthest from healthy she's ever been and she realised that ‘skinny’ was just not worth it. She suffered from some extreme hormonal issues that took years to fix. To make herself well again she stopped being a vegan reduced how much exercise she did and worked on her stress levels. She also started a journey to love herself more and connect to what she really wanted from life. She has since entered motherhood and has a little boy named Finley. Entries in the Wholeheartedly Healthy blog concentrate on becoming healthier and happier. Recent entries include: How I use my Bullet Journal for sacred self care, Eat the week with Iceland: Goan green chicken curry, Getting connected the shifts and changes in my wellbeing, 3 simple ways to stop emotional eating and things i'm afraid to tell you. You can also find the blog on Pinterest here. PR opportunities include news, reviews and interviews related to Healthcare and Lifestyle. Laura states that "I welcome approaches from brands, businesses and PR on how we can work together. Please be aware that I will only feature brands where their ethos is in line with my own, and they are relevant to the content of the site and my readers. I no longer feature guest posts, all links are no follow and all posts will be clearly marked as sponsored. This is a for profit blog". Laura can best be reached via email, the contact form on her website or her social media platforms where she is active and very responsive.
