VVox PoliticalUnited Kingdom
Launched in December 2011, Vox Political is an individual politcal blog. Mike explains that that 'he's interested in politics, with an emphasis on people rather than the movement of money – although he appreciates that knowledge of financial matters does help.' The blog posts are written by Mike Sivier. He has been a newspaper reporter for the best part of 20 years now. He switched to freelance work in 2007 in order to become a carer for my girlfriend (who is disabled) . He's also a musician, and has been playing in bands since 2006. He's currently in a ska group called the Dodgie Jammers, and before that he was in Oneyeopen which was more good old-fashioned blues-based rock ‘n roll. Recent entries in the Vox Political blog include In four years, Cameron has told just two truths, and those were uttered inadvertently - kittysjones, Tories end all pretense that the deficit is the biggest issue - alittleecon, On the international Day of Older People, more older people in the UK were having to stay in work and Cameron's conference rap (contains swearing). PR opportunities include news and interviews related to Politics and News & Current Affairs. Mike can best be reached via his social media platforms where he is active and very responsive.
