The Blogger: The Rare Welsh Bit is written by Kacie Morgan who started the blog after graduating with a degree in journalism from Cardiff University. "With no desire to leave Cardiff for the bright lights of London , I struggled to find paid journalism work in Wales and I needed an outlet for my writing, so I began blogging about the South Wales food and drink scene."
