Over the years Tessa has also published various books and guides and information about these can be found via her Landlord Law Store & Library website at www.landlordlawstore.co.uk. She is also on the Council of the Property Redress Scheme. Between 1994 and 2013 Tessa ran her own law firm, TJ Shepperson but closed this in 2013 to concentrate on her other businesses.Blog posts cover property law and mostly private residential issues. Tessa sometimes blogs on other matters that take her interest. Posts are categorised under various headings including: Analysis, News and Comment, Tips and How to, Tips for tenants and HMO Basics among others.The blog no longer takes guest blogs and all content is produced in house.
