Spark Inside blog follows the work of the Spark Inside team. Their mission is to help young people involved in the criminal justice system to proactively create fulfilling and productive futures through life coaching. Podcast bringing together health experts from various fields in order to discuss popular wellness topics and offer hope and support for mental health issues. Whether it's addressing trauma, healing the gut microbiome, biohacking genes, addressing body image concerns, or exploring the struggles of motherhood and parenting, every episode is designed to spark wholeness. Most podcasts are available by subscription through an RSS reader or other aggregator. The fundamentals of working with podcasters are the same as with traditional journalists at traditional media outlets: respect their schedules; take time to watch or listen to their material to learn their interests, format of content; and only contact them if relevant.
