RRewriting the Rules
Background & Format: Launched in 2011, Rewriting the Rules is a personal blog about sex, relationships and LGBT history. The blog provides a mixture of content with Meg-John blogging about whatever interests them. Many posts are accounts of interviews Meg-John has done with journalists discussing their work and may include transcripts of the conversation. Others consist of their work with others in creating an e-zine for readers to better understand their sexuality, written versions of talks they give at conferences and articles they've written about consent and the #MeToo movement. They also does sex advice posts and discussions of LGBT History Month. The Blogger: Rewriting the Rules is written by Meg-John Barker who started the blog alongside their work as Senior Lecturer in Psychology, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences School of Psychology at the Open University.
