WKRC-TV is the CBS affiliate serving the greater Cincinnati area. The station broadcasts on channel 12. It first debuted in 1945 as the ABC affiliate. In 1996 it became the CBS affiliate. It was first owned by Taft Broadcasting. Later, it changed hands to Clear Channel, and it was later taken over by the Jacor Company. It was then switched back to Clear Channel Media and Entertainment, and then sold to Newport Television, LLC in March 2008. In July 2012, WKRC-TV was then sold to Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. WBKO-TV is the local ABC affiliate in Bowling Green, Kentucky, serving south central Kentucky. In 1976, WBKO-TV was sold to a group of local investors and in 1983, it was again sold to A. Richard Benedek, who, today, is the sole owner of one of the country's largest group of individual television stations. Operating as Benedek Broadcasting Corporation, the company owns 22 small and medium market stations scattered across the United States. In December, 1985, the need for additional space found WBKO-TV moving to its modern 17,000 square foot facility located at 2727 Russellville Road. This move made possible the delivery of network and syndicated programs via satellite. Local news airs weekdays from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 5:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 10:00 PM CT. On Saturday and Sunday, the news airs at 10:00 PM CT. All other programs are syndicated ABC shows. WBKO-TV urges PR professionals to contact the station at either 10:30 AM or 12:00 PM CT.

KEYC-TV is a CBS affiliate in the Mankato, MN market. The station is owned by Gray Media Group. KEYC-TV produces their own newscasts, which air in the afternoon and evening.
