IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics
IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON SYSTEMS, MAN, AND CYBERNETICS is published monthly in three parts. Part A, published in odd numbered months of the year, is devoted to systems. Part B, published in even numbered months of the year, is devoted to cybernetics. Part C is published bimonthly in January, March, May, July, September and November, is devoted to Human-Machine Systems. Each paper submitted to IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics is subjected to a thorough review procedure, and the publication decision is based on the reviewers' comments. Review management is generally under the direction of an associate editor. Often, reviews take three months to five months to obtain, occasionally longer, and it takes an additional several months for the publication process.
