GGoing with the Flo
Launched in July 2014, Going with the Flo is a lifestyle blog following the journey of the authors pursuit for a career in radio and posts from her everyday life. The blog was formed as an attempt for the blogger to create a 'voice for herself' within the media industry to kick-start her career. The author of the blog is Florence, a young woman trying to jump start her career. For Florence, the attempt to use the blog to give herself a voice in the media industry is heading in the right direction. Since starting her blog in 2014, she works part time in Topshop, is a magazine columnist for Amor magazine and Vale Life magazine, and a freelance journalist, social media manager and content creator for a variety of websites and online publications.
