Gloss Angeles Podcast
Gloss Angeles launched in the summer of 2019 after friends and fellow beauty journalists Kirbie Johnson and Sara Tan decided to put all of their DMs, emails and text messages out into the world as a podcast. They met in 2017 and have spent a majority of that time together ever since attending events, master classes, press trips, and over-the-top launch parties in the beauty industry, giving them plenty of stories and secrets to share. A podcast is a downloadable video or audio broadcast show. Most podcasts are available by subscription through an RSS reader or other aggregator. The fundamentals of working with podcasters are the same as with traditional journalists at traditional media outlets: respect their schedules; take time to watch or listen to their material to learn their interests; and only contact them if/when they want to be contacted.
