Father Fitness
Launched in March 2012, Father Fitness is a Sports and fitness blog documenting the personal fitness journey of one father who wanted to get fit after the birth of his first child, to set a good example for his children and add years to his life. The Author of the blog is Paul Stainthorpe, a Durham-based blogger and father. From an early age he was very interested in sports, playing football, basketball and tennis often. When he hit his mid twenties he became less active, eating a lot of junk food and drinking alcohol in excess. However, the birth of his first child inspired him to be better in order to set a good example for his child. His friend Deano Moore helped him regain his fitness and personally trained him and introduced him to a new way of thinking. In 2010 he founded a free online health and fitness website with Deano called 4Ever Fitness. Some of the categories on the blog include 12 Days of Christmas, 12 parkruns of Christmas, Events, Exercise and Kids, Fitness, Events, Health, Muscle, Nutrition, Weight Loss and Reviews. He also has links to his other online social media accounts and has an About page providing more information on himself and the blog as well as a Work With Me page and Contact page for those who wish to get in touch. The blog is updated a few times a month. PR opportunities include sponsored posts and product reviews. To find out more information on collaborating with Paul, click here.
