FFull FactUnited Kingdom
Full Fact is a commercial news and politics site that is based in London and is predominantly aimed at a UK audience. Full Fact is an independent fact-checking organisation that began in April 2008 by Director Will Moy. They say, "It started, as many things do, with a group of friends in the pub refining the idea before Will Moy, then working in the House of Lords and motivated by his experiences in Parliament, pitched it as an election project to a senior member of each of the three main parties, and one BBC political correspondent. The responses were unanimously quick and enthusiastic, a surprise which provided the impetus for bringing the organisation to life." The blog aims to promote accuracy in political debates. The site covers health, economy, politics, elections, unemployment, NHS, education, public spending, taxes, social affairs, defence, foreign policy, religion and local government. The blog is updated on average every two or three days. PR opportunities are not obvious as Full Fact is a blog that debates politics. The best way to contact the team is on the email address provided or through the telephone number listed. Alternatively they are also available on Twitter, where they are very active and responsive to tweets.

FFull FocusUnited States of America
This blog discusses a variety of topics related to publishing including books, blogs, corporate management and marketing and offers information on current trends and future developments in the industry. The fundamentals of working with bloggers are the same as with traditional journalists at traditional media outlets: respect their schedules; take time to read their material to learn their interests; and only contact them if/when they want to be contacted. You will also find that if a blogger is a journalist for another outlet(s), Cision tracks their contact preferences there as well.
