Frostburg State University's 24-hour educational access channel that reaches nearly 5,000 homes in the Frostburg area and also FSU students on the basic tier on Comcast's cable system. It is programmed and operated by students in the Department of Mass Communication during the Fall, Intersession and Spring semesters. FSU-TV3 presents programming produced by the students in the Department of Mass Communication. Other programming comes from outside sources, it also carries a message board with announcements about Frostburg State University events and events for local non-profit groups and activities.
