EEverything theatreUnited Kingdom
Launched in March 2011, Everything theatre is a blog that is 'an honest and unpretentious guide to the London theatre scene'. Everything Theatre started life as a pokey blog run by two theatre enthusiasts and – thanks to the Entry Pass Scheme for 16-25 year olds – regular National Theatre goers. Today, we are run by part-time volunteers from a wide array of backgrounds. Among our various contributors are people who work in theatre, but also people who work in law, medicine, events, marketing and even psychiatry! We are all united by our love for the London theatre scene. In 2014, we made the bold move to convert ourselves from a blog to a fully fledged website. Despite our fancy new exterior, our motivation remains the same as it always has been: to provide honest and unpretentious coverage of the London theatre scene. The aims of the blog are to share our infectious enthusiasm for theatre with the man on the street, to provide simple, unpretentious and easy-to-understand coverage of the London theatre scene which does not assume any level of theatrical knowledge, to remain upbeat and constructive in everything we do; we’re certainly not here to push people down! and to provide all theatre companies – both big and small – with an even chance of having their work reviewed and shared with as wide an audience as possibleThe blog posts are written by James Hodgson and Louie Cope (Managing Editors), Lauren Zimmerman (Senior Editor), Emma Shone (Features Editor), Andy Dickinson (Scripts Spotlight Manager), Celia Moreno (Scheduling Manager), Donna Clark (Reviews Coordinatior) and Review Editors such as Anna Forsyth, Arti Mehta, Charlotte Whitbread, Chelsey Pippin, Eva De Valk, Natalie Turner and Tim Bano.Entries in the Everything theatre blog concentrate on categories such as Alternative, Cabaret, Comedy, Dance, Drama, Family, Musicals, Opera, Pantomime and Puppetry.PR opportunities include news, reviews and interviews related to Arts and Entertainment, especially Theatre. The team can best be reached via email or their social media platforms where they are active and very responsive. Alternatively the team can be reached via everythingtheatreblog@gmail.com.
