Downs Side Up
Downs Side Up is a parenting blog which aims to "Gently Change Perceptions of Down's Syndrome from Within Hearts: Inspire, Love, Change, Campaign, Educate, Lead, Support." Hayley Goleniowska is the Founder and is also a Speaker, Freelance Writer and Columnist. She is a Mother of two daughters - the youngest Natty has Down's Syndrome and is a clothing model. Hayley’s ignorance of Down’s syndrome came to the fore when her daughter was born, motivating her to create world-renowned blog Downs Side Up. It challenges fear and stigma and celebrates the narratives of those with the condition. The Downtown Devil is a student-run online publication dedicated to providing hyperlocal news from the downtown Phoenix area quickly, accurately and completely to the downtown Phoenix community. The Downtown Devil is operated solely by students at ASU. The publication is owned by four graduates of the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication who, along with a staff of more than 80 students, handle the business and editorial sides of the Downtown Devil.
