Aims of the journal: Disability and Rehabilitation along with Disability and Rehabilitation: Assistive Technology are international multidisciplinary journals which seek to encourage a better understanding of all aspects of disability and to promote rehabilitation science, practice and policy aspects of the rehabilitation process. Content: Disability and Rehabilitation publishes review and research papers along with case studies, Perspectives on Rehabilitation and reports on Rehabilitation in Practice. Papers focused on assistive technology are especially appropriate for Disability and Rehabilitation: Assistive Technology. Submissions covering a wide range of topics on disability and rehabilitation from researchers and practitioners across all disciplines working in the field are encouraged. The journals welcome both quantitative and qualitative research along with multidisciplinary perspectives to embrace a wide range of professionals. Both journals also publish peer-reviewed special issues as appropriate. Disability and Rehabilitation publishes twenty-six issues each year and, in addition, a further six issues are published in Disability and Rehabilitation: Assistive Technology.
