They should be unique to the Delaware Law Weekly and should not have appeared in any other previous format. Contain no footnotes or end notes. Include a short author bio with contact information placed at the end of the article, as well as a high-resolution author photo sent by email. The author must sign a contract stating that the article is original and granting American Lawyer Media permission to reprint the article in its publications or websites. The author must also request written permission to reprint the article. In addition, we have recently changed our style to include Bluebook citations on first reference for all cases. No citation is needed after first reference.
