The areas it covers are M&A, refinancing, restructuring, insolvency and administration, post-merger integration, transaction services, due diligence and turnaround services. The magazine is interested in receiving details of corporate finance market reports, sector reports and surveys, announcements of new corporate finance-related appointments, announcements of transactions completed, M&A, private equity, venture capital announcements and stock market new issues. The magazine is aimed at members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. The editorial deadline is roughly 5 weeks prior to publication.
