Big Spud, previously known as Roast Potato is “a blog devoted to roast potatoes and other recipes” that is designed to replace the handwritten notes that people scribble in their recipe books. Started in 2007, the blog carries recipes, news and information on product launches and reviews. Blogger Gary Fenn describes himself as “a bit of a geek who loves food”.
