Blogger Dominic Franks lives in a cottage in the town of Belleau "in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside". He was born in London and moved to Belleau in the early 2000s. Dominic says food was very important to his family growing up and his biggest influences are his mother and Delia Smith. His cooking often features local produce and is "is as seasonal as can be". He is also a Food Writer, with a monthly recipe column in Lincolnshire Life Magazine, as well as a "Food Heroes" series where he meets with the region's finest food producers. Dominic features regularly on BBC Radio Lincolnshire and Humberside. Entries on Belleau Kitchen largely consist of recipes, with an introduction and commentary from Dominic. All recipe posts feature high-quality images. Dominic also features news about local food producers, write-ups of culinary events and event listings or previews.
