The ABC strives to ensure that people receiving welfare are well-informed and know what they are entitled to under the welfare system. The site is a news service, not a blog. Launched in May 2007, The Association of Volunteer Managers (AVM) is an independent body that aims to “support, represent and champion people who manage volunteers in England regardless of field, discipline or sector”.
