Mike Danforth is responsible for the entire production of Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me! on NPR (Washington D.C.) as Executive Producer. He is only interested in receiving pitches for interviews with celebrities. He stresses, "I don't want anything that isn't a pitch for a celebrity interview or information about a celebrity appearance." He doesn't like pitches that are irrelevant to the show's content, for example "interview this weight-loss guru!" or "this expert on marital strife."
